It all depends on the buyer. IMO I would never transfer for an item. But thats just me. Many people would pay a transfer for getting their hands on those. So its up to one and the other.



Unless what you really are asking if they are rare enough? Yea, they are rare. But they will probably pop up on the AH. But sometimes it won't. I myself decided to farm it in stockade. Got it on the first run

no, the drop rate keep going down coz it dosent drop anymore, next month it will be like %0.02 and goes like that.
