Sea turtle

Anybody familiar with some good spots for attempting to fish up Sea Turtle?

Been logging in and out at Nasam's Talon south of Warsong Hold in Northrend. I know before we could access Northrend people used to fish it in Twilight Highlands but I was too lazy to ride there. Problem here is theres only a couple pools that pop so its pretty slow going.

Any suggestions from the people that have attempted this?

Howling Fjord ... The Lake North to SKORN .... Trust me... After more than 100 h during more than 2-3 months in TH ....

Best place imo, no mobs and tons of pools

Definiatly Howling Fjord. The lake where you fish is located in the north, above Skorn and underneath Gjalerbron and Camp Winterhoof. There are always several pools and when you finish one round new pools have spawned. Also, all the mobs are neutral.

I always did Crystalsong Forest, just up and down the small river, only two mobs in the whole loop that will aggro to you, and they are incredibly easy to avoid.

Go to the north eastern iceberg's in the red outline. Consta-poolfishing + yummy sea kelp + friendly penguin colonies + scenic aurora = BiS turtle grounds.

Get FP just north of the iceberg's on the mainland for cake access from WSH.

Several APHer's fishing there recently but I think they all gave up.

anywhere in borean tundra, got mine after roughly 3.5k casts, but anywhere with a lot of pools derp.

I got mine during this last DMF, 515 casts/308 fishing skill. After the first few days of the faire there is less competition over shipwrecked pools as people lose interest. Good luck
