I can't seem to find it in the UI at all... So here you go

There's an addon to get the full character stats back again: shows ilevel, stat percentages, movement speed etc.

Shows equipped item level too, if you're below your max.

It calculates all items you got and if you have one which you could use it counts too.

Nah, turned out it was a second Insignia of the Horde, unique equiped

This addon counts anything in your bank as well. It was counting my furlbog
