Unfortunately, the satchels were patched today on ptr and beta. All items that you could receive from the satchels (boots, bracers, belt, rings, cloak, and shoulders) are now ilvl 31 for a lvl 29. For those of you who farmed these satchels religiously, doing 100+ runs, I am sorry to inform you of this tragic news. I myself am upset, but am not surprised.

Open them now or delete them. You're going to get the same results from now to BfA.

Can confirm I just opened nearly 20 on my 19 on beta and every single one was item level 23... either they fixed it or the rng is extremely low rate.

I’m assuming it’s been fixed.
