Yeah. But overall I think we need more people like him. I like Harris more but he's definitely not on the forefront against politcal correctness and the far left. People like him are what's keeping the US and Canada from turning completely into Socialist and/or Marxist countries
I tend to drown out most Peterson's pretentious religious babble. Besides that, I don't mind listening to him.

The idea that something always comes from something isn't a bad idea. In fact it even pertains to the big bang theory. You can put God behind the big bang theory and that would be completely fine. But when we find out scientifically what started the big bang, you'd have to move god behind that explanation too, to maintain credibility.
People often think the big bang was an explosion of what once was nothing. But that doesn't make a whole lot of sense does it? You may have seen Interstellar right? When they travel near a black hole, time slows down for them exponentially, whereas the people on earth age rapidly compared to them. This is due to gravitational time dilation. This same effect would likely apply to the unbelievably dense ball of energy and matter that made up the universe at one point. Asking "when" it was created may be the wrong way to go about it, because it probably had always existed due to relativity.
It is just a theory, but it is scientifically backed, whereas any divine reasoning is not from a logical standpoint.
That said, there's no harm from being a christian as long as you're open to new information and not taking the bible completely seriously.
