Which works better in 70 arena either spamming hemo or backstab?

Hemo, I've said this to tons of rogues; Backstab is NOT viable without puncturing wounds & glyph of backstab.

I feel like backstab + synapse on FW is pretty powerful as you'll have like 80% crit and backstab does the same damage as an ambush on FW pretty much. More or less same damage, just less combo points. If backstab doesnt crit is fucking awful though, so if your synpse isnt up I think it's best to hemo.

Hemo spam with a MH glaive is naughty compared to backstab with crux. Just saying
