Returning to Wow

Hi all

Not touched Wow for 9 months or so.

I was bored yesterday, updated WoW logged into an old account and have leveled a new toon to 19 ( will be 20 soon ).

What are BG queues like for 20's ? ( EU )

Obviously got a lot of catch up to do - but might sub another account with some BfA 50's on just to run TBC dungeons if that's still possible.

Plan is to do Expac's in order Wod>BfA and hope for some socketed Greens on the way. Then go through the MoP rares, I guess.

How are 20 Lock's ? Probably will stick with Affliction, so stack Haste / Mastery where possible?

BG queues for vet/f2p accounts are 2-3 minutes. In the day Alliance is full of 20 twinks. In the evening it seems to be balanced.

Trash, but you can post in the hipster dps thread once a month and you get into a luck sack pub and slap cheeks.

locks seem pretty strong (disregard rock, he's a bitter old man) but aff is probably not the best. Destro has some impressive burst potential. Demo looks annoying but I havent been impressed so far.

I think a stam stacked, tanky aff lock could be really annoying as a utility player and if I was gonna make an alt, that would probably be my build.

Thanks @Chops - It's never really bothered me how meta a class or spec is or isn't tbh. I was merely curious as to the state of Locks in general in the bracket. Seems like they have a bit more utility now, with the 2 Curses that are available at 20.

aye, I think they'd be dangerous in the right hands. Im not sure if 20 locks get seduction (havent seen it used yet, but that doesnt mean anything. Mages seem to forget they have poly too) but if they do, Aff could be tons of fun. Hell, its probably tons of fun anyway.

Nah, if 20 locks had seduce I'd legit quit my job, FedEx my gaming setup to me and Drakedog the SHIT out of the bracket all day every day. Unfortunately, since that's not the case, I'm stuck with a 10-15 fps laptop and very limited free time cuz of work. Although it's been kinda chill on the other side of Christmas. I guess working while everyone else is dicking off kinda makes it more chill.

Command Demon is grayed out until level 29. The pet's spellbook doesn't have Seduction in it at level 20 (not even grayed out, just two empty squares for Seduction and Lesser Invisibility).

Tested out the imp's singe magic macro on my 29 and 20 warlocks. It only worked for the 29 warlock.

Got it to 20 - Done the WoD Intro Quests and got the Garrison done, Done the Legion Intro, Class Hall unlocked and upgraded.

Subbed what was my Main from BfA account - Can run the Trial through the Legion dungeons now, so i can hopefully bang a couple of Relics in the Weapon slots to at least get to i30 as a start. Currently using the Legion intro quest weapon.

I'll have a dig through my Lock Macros to see what Pet Commands I have, just in case
