Are offhands stated as weapons or as armor? I know if you want to farm any epic character has to be lvl 17 and same goes for shields, but.. What about off-hands? Do u need to be 17 or you can farm them at 20/24?

And, dumb question..
Has anyone tried turning in any Vanilla / TBC / WotLK Darkrmoon faire Deck quests? Some of those trinkets would be useful, and according to Wowhead, quests should be turnable at 20..

Maybe @Chops , @Goesid or @MartinD738 have a clue on this?

Fairly certain that any semblance of the deck being usable at 20 or the quest being obtainable is just tooltip bug.

best bet would be to obtain a deck and head over to PTR
