Worth it? No. The proc is 5 damage.

Fun? Maybe...? It might have a cool animation or something.

Ant idea how often it is? Can it proc satyr?

5% chance. It can proc satyr/elemental force - but since it is RPPM it won't proc them any more than not having it.

Even when proc numbers were busted, this sadly was never one of them.
