That's a nice glass cannon. I like the edgy choice of skin tone.
Defias belt can be nice. For another set, if you don't have them already, I'd pick up Black Wolf Bracers and Bracers of the Ancient Grove for some more stam heavy options. I've got two Black Wolf Bracers, one with stam enchant, the other with agility. Another set of gloves with a stam enchant is good. Of course, BoA neck, chest and cape are also good to have. Shipyard ring and Ello's would be good to pick up.

If blurred speed stacking with cape enchant? As far as I know, Minor Speed is the only one that's stacking this patch, putting you at +20% movement, which you'll probably want as human.
