Ummm. Not. My rogue ueses absolutely no defias gear and i do more dps and have higher ambush crits than any defias geared rogue. Onlty rogue doing better DPS than me atm is Iggzx.

Im pretty sure Gloomshroud is the BiS for chestpiece, though if you dont have Gloomshroud then Full defias is the way to go. With Gloomshroud you have to change out some other defias pieces.

Not that you'd notice much difference between the two but full defias set is slightly more agility meaning more ambush damage and since 19 rogues rarely get much more than an ambush off its better to just go for maximum ambush

Im not sure on the exact numbers, but i believe that Gloomshroud Armor along with other BiS pieces like the gloves of the fang are better when they are scaled up in an arena or BG.
