Sad news to shammy players, just found out on PTR that wrath helm is getting lvl 30 restriction, even if you keep it equipped it won't give you stats so don't bother

I just wish that in new xpac blizz could give lava surge on lvl 20, it would make ele so much stronger

We had that untill they changed Control Lava PvP talent ;_; Was fun asf with Mastery

That was a long time coming. But really, with the Plunderer's Helm available, it's a small loss equivalent to a gem socket.

Too much stronger. Believe me, I'd love Lava Surge at 20, but that would be flat out nuts. We'd be back to BfA days of caster shamans.
