EU+US Quick question regarding crate gear..

So I've gotten 2 of the same exact rare upgrade [of the quickblade] but one has +1 crit without losing a stat for it. Can it go any higher than this?

I have gotten the same on my level 16 paladin, it happend after the 7.3.5 stat squish. And no, it wont go any higher than that.

How do we know the second stat cant go to +3 with the first one?

Tbh, im not entirely sure about it. but i really doubt you can get both stats as a +3, but who knows? it might just be really rare

So are we thinking +8 is the max in secondary stats?

Depends on the gear. For example (at 29), chests can get +11 secondary stats, weapons (at least maces) +4, etc. Some pieces are better than others but it should never be more than a +/- 1 difference

I think +8 or +9 max? cuz my 19 has 4 crit 4 vers legs, which would be +8 for secondary. Yet as you level up a toon, secondary stats increase, so there could be an extra secondary stat possible at 20? So far, the only confirmed is +8 i think, unless someone can link a +9. I think +9 would be more reasonable though, since if a 19 can have 4 crit 4 vers, i don't think it would be unusual for a 20 to have 4 crit 5 vers, just one extra secondary stat. Again, would have to see an armory with that tho.
