Is 19s on EU still alive or 20-29s a better scene?

I can answer for 20-29 part. Que times 7-10 mins , randoms are full of Fotm rerollers, legion twinks but i still meet old friends from Catac., pandaria days. It's not super fun but it's something to play till Classic WoW release.

(EU)19s are worse then (US)19s. Faction Imbalance Pretty one sided Horde wins, 20-29s are better 100%.

I never play 19s anymore, I enjoy 20-29 alot more.
