Question about Talon of Vultros

Picked one up for 5g, are they any good for a level 10 rogue?

ive heard theyre bis dagger at any level 10-19 because of how they scale... also theres no reason to go 10 over 19 since 19s scale like 10s now

edit: haven't tested the scaling myself so if you want to see scaling do so before equipping it to make sure

It's slightly worse than Assassin's Blade and Tailspike, tested but forgot the exact stats,

But they don't scale the same, I believe the lvl 11 version scales like 6 agility and 2 crit, etc.

I'm pretty positive they both scale to the same thing in a bg, but have different stats than each other outside of a bg

You can use one of each if you have the level 7 and 11 versions (though the level 11 version is completely grandfathered now, even from lockboxes)
They offer the highest white hit possible on a dagger in the 10-19 bracket.

Possibly I was misinformed and the level 11 version still drops from boxes, good find tink.

Tested them with Curley, but assassination's damage is just not enough, even with dual Vultros, plus the ambushes are quite low due to weapon normalization.
