gotta say US or EU and even then no one will que with you, if you win 4 in a row the other team will stop queing and vise versa

Pretty much this, As unless the teams are 100% balanced, and even in that case, you'll only get so high, If you are to ever wintrade, this would be the bracket, pain in the bloody patookus to get over 2k 'legit'.

You might want to perhaps set a time so that people know when to queue and you can plan it, but as Esotra already said, it's nearly impossible ( at least on European Servers ) to pass 2 k Rating in a "legit" way, hence why win trading is sort off acceptable and "normal".
