PVP Titles on RP-PVP servers

Would they be easier to grind out on RP-PVP servers, because of less players, less competition for title brackets?

Somethin I've been wondering but haven't found any info on

There will be ONE battlegroup consisting of ALL of the TBC classic servers (still region locked of course). Getting rank one on the most dead server in the universe will be no different from getting rank one on Faerlina US or Gehennas/Earthshaker EU.

Worth noting is that it will probably be a lot easier to find good pvp partners on servers that aren't dead, or doesn't have a good pvp community.
