Sponsor Achievement Hunting Sep 21, 2022 #2 Had to do it before. Belt buckles only work on like ilvl 35 gear and above. Unless there's a sneaky workaround. But my guess is that the ones with socketed belts were old 70s that had them applied back in the day when tooltips were accurate.
