what level? I won't be doing any pve after I'm geared.

119 def, I'd go alliance and join the community channel. Additionally, work on a TW set(SoO gemmed gear, etc) and Q up with members of the community once TW hits again so u can get some sweet WFed gear.

Horde could use numbers, too and I barely see teams of horde 119s when I queue my 119 alliance.

Though I'm not sure if their community is more organised than they previously were (not that much).

Also to add, but is a ways away, is the anniversary event gear which was previously ilvl 333-343. Could go up if blizzard increases average ilvl of drops for endgame players later this year. But that's a big if. Until then, TW gear is still really really good.

119 is good, as others have said. 110 works as well for pvp. You get a lot of pve options as well - but you'll be in your own bracket for pvp at 110 with legion leggos. 111 is pve only, so not that.

All so I'm guessing level in IEs and save quests till 119?

Yes. Are you US/EU? If US, then you can join our community early and get into bgs if you want to level that way. We have no problem letting levelers into the group if they plan on staying 119

No offense, but if you're trying to take advantage of the community to level, and we really don't know who you are on the forums, you're less likely for us to favor helping. That's just how it is.

No offense taken. I get it. I don't have anything higher than a 116 in BFA - strictly going for 119 PvP. But I completely understand.
