Purchasing a Character Transfer

I was curious if the Character Transfer feature allows you to transfer from WoW1 to WoW2, and change the realm of the character in the same breath.

Or would I have to purchase two of them? One for the account migration, and another one to change realms.

Any info on the matter would be appreciated.

yes to both. if someone on the new realm is using the name already you might get a free name change also.

For anyone else interested: I found that you pick the realm first, and than select to transfer to another WoW account.

also if you want a name change but dont want to pay for it, create a lvl1 in the realm with the same toon's name first, so when your moving toon reached the new realm, it "forced" you to name change and you are not charged

You can also do the same with restoring a character for a free name change

I think you can’t faction transfer and account move at the same time
Different but similar to what op was doing, so thought I’d share.
