For Holy I generally go https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/paladin/holy/DAHBQAAQRQBADUUQAAA

You can switch https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469304/steed-of-liberty for https://www.wowhead.com/spell=20066/repentance depending on your preference, tbh even options like https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469411/a-just-reward, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=1044/blessing-of-freedom or https://www.wowhead.com/spell=234299/fist-of-justice can be used over https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469304/steed-of-liberty, the last slot of the Paladin tree is fairly flexible.

For the holy tree the only change you can reasonably do is https://www.wowhead.com/spell=414720/tirions-devotion instead of https://www.wowhead.com/spell=31821/aura-mastery but neither are truly useful and aura mastery has the benefit of a silence / interrupt immunity that can be life-saving for a caster.

For Protection I go with https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/paladin/protection/DAGBQBAQRBACVRBAAA

Once again the Paladin tree is quite flexible. Only 4 slots are fairly mandatory : https://www.wowhead.com/spell=24275/hammer-of-wrath, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=213644/cleanse-toxins, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=231663/greater-judgment and https://www.wowhead.com/spell=230332/cavalier.
https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469411/a-just-reward and https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469304/steed-of-liberty are both the more generally useful talents but they can be switched around easily in dungeons as both of them can be entierly useless in some scenarios.
I choose to ignore https://www.wowhead.com/spell=96231/rebuke as we already get an interrput from https://www.wowhead.com/spell=31935/avengers-shield but on certain encounters it might be useful, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=1044/blessing-of-freedom or https://www.wowhead.com/spell=234299/fist-of-justice are still useful and so is https://www.wowhead.com/spell=20066/repentance. Really the last two slots are yours to customize but https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469411/a-just-reward and https://www.wowhead.com/spell=469304/steed-of-liberty is a good overall useful combo.

On the Protection tree you can make a case for https://www.wowhead.com/spell=379021/sanctuary over https://www.wowhead.com/spell=386568/inner-light. The 4 seconds effect allows you much more mobility.
The real "fight" though is between https://www.wowhead.com/spell=386568/inner-light and https://www.wowhead.com/spell=280373/redoubt.

For overall uses the first one is marginally better as the shorter fights against weaker mobs may not allow you to stack https://www.wowhead.com/spell=280373/redoubt and the chip damage if often enough to put mobs in range of a https://www.wowhead.com/spell=88263/hammer-of-the-righteous but when it comes to dungeons, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=280373/redoubt is king. You'll have to be careful managing it but with some haste you'll be more than comfortable enough and it's basically a 6% damage boost.
Oh and also, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=88263/hammer-of-the-righteous is way better than https://www.wowhead.com/spell=204019/blessed-hammer.

And finally, Retribution there is two ways, I'll explain.

For the Paladin tree it's the same thing as Holy.

For the Retribution tree now.
You have two real options : https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/paladin/retribution/DAHQQAEARQBADVBEBQAA and https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/paladin/retribution/DAHQQAEARQBADVBQBAAA
The first one bases its damage around https://www.wowhead.com/spell=184575/blade-of-justice alone and uses https://www.wowhead.com/spell=403698/lights-celerity for an instant heal. Very good setup for dungeons, makes Ret soloing that much easier and sturdy. Now at first glance https://www.wowhead.com/spell=383228/swift-justice is the better option as it reduces the cooldown of two abilities by the same amount and both these abilites have a shorter cooldown anyways making the talent far superior as a percentage of time. The issue here is : you won't have the time to spend your holy power in dungeons as self-healing is a much more pressing matter and you're basically pressing a heal every 6 seconds and the shorter CDs will make you too crowded and waste recharge time.

For anything outside dungeons, the second tree works wonders. No instant heals but this time we go https://www.wowhead.com/spell=383228/swift-justice, generate a buttload of Holy power then blast foes with https://www.wowhead.com/spell=383328/final-verdict.
Simple setup, you're always pressing a button and while I couldn't tell you which setup deals more damage with 100% certainty, I really feel like this one gets the job done quite a bit better when it comes to pure damage.

Btw can you tell me about the stats for level 20 ?

Im focuding on str and versatility and mastery for all spects

For Protection I prefer Mastery to Versatility as it kinda outclasses the stat.
That said it's better to have a bit of everything as they multiply each other instead of just adding more and more Mastery.
Personnaly I usually go with a small priority on Mastery then Haste but Crit is also very good and a Mastery/Crit build works very well too. Try to get some Vers, even if only 4 or 5 % as it'll still be a solid damage boost.

Well ive been hearing that haste is a the most important one after str , coz of lowering global cd , but doe global cd matters now ? Coz i dont really have all my spells rdy cox i dont rly have many spells i can use .
Maybe a high lvl prot paly have many spells and needs haste .
Right now i have my crit at 30 %
Haste 10%
Vers 15%
Mastery 15%

Do u think i must keep all at 17%

Coz someone recomended me to have atleast 30 haste .
Also is 1 str > 2 haste or other stats

Gcd-wise, you won't struggle, it's more of a matter of cooldowns/holy power generation/cast time for heals.
You don't have that much buttons to click and your offensive holy spender is off the gcd.

I'd go for at least 15% haste if you can take away from crit, the high versa/mastery is bonkers, maybe you can even take away some versa for haste/mastery.

For which is better between str and secondaries you can check out my post in https://xpoff.com/threads/need-smart-math-people-pt-2-choice-of-rings.101549/
The formula will tell you what is better at your current level of stats. That said don't give to much valuet to negligible percentages as they won't mean too much at level 20.

Tbh I don't have a very well geared paladin, I don't really have any decked out toon as the BiS items tend to change too quickly and while gearing can be fun, it really isn't on an army of alts. But the baseline guide https://xpoff.com/threads/the-war-within-f2p-baseline-guide.100275/ will give you a lot of answers.

Prot is better or at least more reliable in dungeons than Ret.
While in some instances the higher single target damage can make ret worth it over prot, the uses are so limited you're rarely ever gonna use ret for "optimal" purposes.

Tbh right now Druid is better because of the insane utility, Blood DK trades some tankiness for (even more) incredible AoE, DH isn't too bad and so are Warr and Monk. Prot isn't bad, it's not the best either.
That said Prot is reliable. The meta will change. Maybe Midnight's scaling will make bear unplayable but you can trust one thing : if only a single class can solo dungeons, that class is paladin.
The base toolkit is just too well rounded to not work so while you can totally go FotM, just know that it'll be volatile, especially in a game such as f2p WoW.
Play what you enjoy.
