Im having a hard time to decide what proffesions my lvl 20 arms would benefit from? Any pros and cons to consider?

Alchemy and Engineering! Alchemy gives you flasks and engineering gives you access to grenades, goggles and stuff.

Also get cooking and fishing.

What about tailoring + engineering since first aid will be thrown into tailoring in BFA?

Yea im thinking of going that way as i got alchemist already.

For vets, so far in BfA beta it looks like engineering will be super powerful and basically required (again, everything is subject to change from the beta). Knowing tailoring and first aid before the switch looks like you'll know all the first aid recipes (so if you want to be self-sufficient with bandages). Likewise with alchemy and anti-venoms.

For F2P - not sure how any of it is going to work wrt BfA. Probably one prof that you keep and one that you switch out to get enchanting/tailoring/mining/skinning/herb as you need mats or enchants, and then back to whichever second profession you want.
