Problem with notifications and uploaded pictures

I have two problems

1. Whenever I click on the notification tag on top of the screen once I got a mention or quote, I get an error.
I assume it is because of the "ö" in my username. The URL always reads
/forums/members/Björke.html?tab=quotes#quotes
but instead it should read
/forums/members/Bj%F6rke.html?tab=quotes#quotes
When I replace ö with %F6 in the URL it directs me properly to my new mentions or quotes.

EDIT: When I'm notified about a like I got, the URL reads /Bj%F6rke
So this issue just affects mentions and quotes.

2. Everytime I try to view a picture someone uploaded directly to the website, it always redirects me to the login screen and says I have to log in to view this content.
Is this a browser issue or something else? Im using Google Chrome but idk what settings to change for this to work.

This happens to me too! It doesn't make sense because I'm already logged in.

Shouldn`t your browser auto-parse the non-standard characters like the umlauts into their correct % notation?
