its more a gimmick imo, you would only manage to sell it for a proper price, over 100g, to a hardcore warrior. Most people wouldnt bite for that much since there are better dps rings.

I agree with Kore. It'd be really hard to get more than a couple hundred gold for it. Yes, it's pretty rare but it's kinda in the same category of a Meadow Ring of Eluding. GLWS.
