EU+US Possible new crafted ring for 101 BFA

I've been looking around at a few things and ran into this.

Using these as a sort of IL reference to see where things are going I noticed these JC rings start green but can proc rare

Not totally sure what IL will have to surpass that but figured it would be worth sharing atm. Also not sure yet if it can proc epic.

that 220 blue ring, ive seen proc ilvl 300 - req 101 to use, don't know if it beta bug, that was a few builds ago.
