Possibility of Scaled Holiday Events (bosses) Legion Q&A

So apparantely Blizzard is thinking about making holiday events scaleable, much like Legion Invasions, so we might get to see Frost Scythe at lower levels, Headless Horseman's Helm/Sword and other items.

It's not guaranteed yet but Ion answered too determinantly, without using any buts, that it was something they really wanted to use the scaling for and that they'll love to work on it.

So, what would you hope to get out of it?
