Please rate my 60 Elemental Shaman

Although this is my first post, I'm lurking around TI for about two years now. I've never been a great writer, so I hope it'll do.


About my shaman:

There are two items I'm planning to get: Amulet of Vek'nilash and Totem of Life.

9/10: Great work! Only one flaw in a tremendously built 60 elemental shaman.

High points:
Fantastic work on your gear! Very good eye for detail and selection of bonuses. While you don't need the hit rating for elemental, those pieces are still BiS for you -- good call. Your relic suggestion is good -- any of the three AQ relics will serve you well (same stats).
Finished professions -- excellent! It makes a difference at 60, and many players don't follow through.
Solid talent and glyph choices.

Issues:
More spell penetration -- get to at least 60. Racials, buffs, and glyphed healing stream totems will all bring nature resistance to at least 60. This goes away in MoP, but for now, you'll want to gem for more spell penetration.

Suggestions:

Edit: Endersgame's shield and cape suggestions are worth considering.
