EU+US Pilgrim's Bounty Food Temporary?

I just noticed today a foreboding "Requires Pilgrim's Bounty" note on the Pilgrim's Bounty food. Was this there before? Are we going to lose all the seasonal food we've been stocking up for half a decade?

You can get some food from the "Pilgrim's Bounty" bag, which is obtained from the daily quests. And it doesn't say that the event needs to be required.

there are different versions of the food. iirc, the ones you cook are temporary but the ones you get from the bag after completing quest is permanent
