EU+US Phoenix Gloves/ Greenweave Gloves

So I've noticed these are BiS for clothies, but they are mainly dropped by rare mobs with insanely long respawn timers. Fastest/easiest way to get them on F2P?

phoenix gloves require tailoring skill we can't get to. You're gonna have to go rare hunting on your toon. The good news is, the Greenweave Gloves drop from so many rares, that it likely won't take as long as it may seem.

Yeah, one of my clothies got lucky, and got it in one of his first dungeon runs before I even had blue gloves for stats.

Stockades may be an option for farming them too. Quick queues, quick finish, pretty good overall average drop rate, especially if you can find a group to run tons of Stox runs with.
