Phased outside Org? WM off, TBC Timeline

Does anyone know why I would not be able to see anyone outside Org?

I am able to see them for a quick second when running out of the entryway of org (or up on the ledge), but when I run down, it phases me out...

To be clear: I am WM off, TBC Timeline. I see all the twinks in that split second and then they disappear.

Do you have the Legion intro quest still?
Aside form that, TW is wonky as fuck, & I've had that same issue numerous times.

Yeah I've also heard that some of the intro quests can bug out Stormwind so I assume it'll do similar things on the horde side. Maybe finishing or dropping those quests could help (but I but finishing the quests is your safer option)
