Permanent movement speed increase?

Saw some hunter running at least 120% in wsg, at first I thought it was some consumable, but he never stopped sprinting. What on earth is that? Only thing that comes to my mind is swiftness of zanza, but it requires lvl 55. Anyone know about this?

Isn't that a retail item? And only seems to last 25 seconds. This was in classic, and this dude was running at high speed for at least a good 5 minutes, maybe more

Can farm shards mining also so no xp concerns. Also the +25 spirit for 30 mins is awesome for healers assuming you don’t die.

Pretty sure the bloodshard speed buff only lasts 5 minutes. Could be the Booty Bay heart buff: Spirit of Zandalar
