No, it works like any other xp-off and xp-on player queing. You're put in the xp-off que.

And of course they will.

I mean, right now there has been two cases of 19 twinks in wsg with the experience off buff.

has nothing to do with party sync.

Got like a bar per wsg flag cap, only did specific not random que. Was getting a max of 3 bars a game nothing special but a bit of fun.
