EU+US Over the farm NL for ap?

well, today i was bored to farm with archeology . So I decided to go farmear ap in NL, but, to my surprise, when passing the waterfall there were elites 110 and my question is ... is this something transitory or blizzard decided to fuck the twinks for the boost bussines?

No the 110 nps are there cause there is a weekly world quest.

Looks like that WQ is back in NL today. Ugh.. hopefully you get a 110 to complete it during a run as when all the 110s are dead... the rest of the mobs to the 2nd boss die instantly. so theres that. Good luck.

ok, thank you a lot for the info. I only have know about two wq (bassilisk and npc down in waterfall) but dont know about the elites everywhere for another wq.
