Outlands rep items now useable on level 10. ilevel 29-32

I see several amazing Cenarion Expadition items and they how say requires level 10. They are purchasable and usable on my 10.
Preserver's Cudgel. ilevel 30 1 hand mace with 22 int 6 stam 6 versa. Requires honored.
Several socker pieces May be others.
Grab them quick nay be nerfed soon!

Doesnt hurt to get them for later just in case if it's not too much hassle, never know what glitches will be coming...

Literally every vendor item rn has different level requirements then they’re supposed to. Pretty sure it’s just a massive oversight on bliz’s part, after all they are just a small indie company
