There all open to lvl 1 and up. there epic gear now to get on your lvl 1, wicked weapons tons of cool games. hierlooms cost about 110 tickets and a lvl 1 can farm heaps.

so as a lvl 1 i was able to get 54 tickets for today. see how many i get tomorrow.

All Heirlooms are 110 - 130 tickets,

All the lvl 1 epic gear is 55-75 tickets.

Companions 90 tickets each

Toy, weapons & cool gear from 1 - 160 tickets

i counted 39 bits of Epic gear available to lvl 1's and heaps of blue gear. ranging from cloth to plate.

Many quests, many achievement, up to our jobs, cheated stuff...

Unfortunately, I fear that this is quickly fixed, and as the PTR is a "test server", it will not be like that on live 4.3 and there will be restrictions for levels 1... : (

just to clarify. the 'epic' gear is skin only ... it's not functional. they added this so that people can transmorg into hard-to-get / no longer available pieces. still, this means low levels can reforge!

Its just white, blue and purple no stat gear. It just looks cool

to wear.

Theres a awesome sword that looks just like a foam sword for 20 tickets.
