Can't get goblin bracers unless you create a goblin and level it up. Can't transfer/race change at 19 to get it.
Cool goggle xmog though - is it still possible to do that?

The shoulder enchant is from level 60 ZG as was mentioned after your post. It gives +5 AP.
You're too kind Alex <3. Still missing BoA ring, mogs for the weapon enchant, and i guess i could equip a pair of defias boots. At that point i guess i would have to equip the defias gloves eh?
Im exalted with Ashen Verdict, never got the precious shirt, but it wont let me use it as a title.... Very strange. Im looking into getting a new title (if i can).
