Off hand int enchant?

how do I get get int enchant on my off hand? I can’t seem to have someone off realm enchant it. I’m wondering about pants and shoulder enchants for non BoA gear too. How do you do that?

You can enchant your offhand yourself. Just buy the enchant off the AH and you're good to go. As far as shoulder and pants enchants on non-BoA gear, you have to use an exploit in order to do that.
