Nub. Should I do Legion quests before 20?

Never twinked before, leveling an Alliance Disc Priest on Bleeding Hollow. If any guilds recruiting lemme know.

That said, I am wondering if I am okay to do the Legion quests now to get them out of the way, or should I wait until 20? Reason I'm asking is I dont know if it messes up the ilvls.

Also, can Vet accts get the ilvl54 weapon, or does it have to be an account with access to mail and the AH? I have access to BG and Dungeons but pretty much nothing else, and cant even trade.

Anyway appreciate some help if you have the time.

You can start Legion and get artifact whenever, it's always ilvl 20.
ilvl 54 is obtainable as F2P you just need to farm the relics. Somewhere around page 3 explains the process to max wep https://xpoff.com/threads/new-ilvl-54-artefact-weapons.96813/
