Northrend jewelcrafting sprint trinket w/ 2 sockets

it keeps gem slots but the stamina and socket bonus is reduced to less stamina. you also keep the use ability

okay thanks becouse so far i use 2 loom trinkets o nmy 19 pala twink and both give 6 stamina so with the trinket i can get atleast 8 stamina with 2 2 stamian gems on right?? or is there any better stamia ngems i can get??

okay how do i get it i cant find it anywere and how t oget it as lvl 19

are you vet or f2p? If you are vet just have someone make it for you. If you are a f2p then its Jewelcrafting (obviously lol) and the pattern to learn it is from controlling Halaa and trading the vendor for the recipe. The recipe costs Halaa research tokens (pretty sure its a bit of a grind to obtain what you need.) But with garrison I think getting research tokens were easier (I dont remember as I had the recipe on my main back in the day)

edit: saw you are 19 so I guess vet/f2p doesnt matter. Use the links below with main/twink. Either can obtain and they arent BOP so you can trade/mail/AH them
