Northend engineering, can't buy cheap item

Hi all,

I made a new char (monk) and want skill northend enchating as I have done many times before. But on the monk, I cant buy any cheap item in dalaran to disenchant. I only can buy expensive items. I thought that blizz maybe changed something. But on my druid I can still buy epics and blues for 4 or 5g. Is this normal? Or is this some weird bug?

monks and dh didnt exist in wrath so they dont have any gear for them there.

The cheap items from those vendors are the class set gear. Monks and DH miss out on this unfortunately.

Any other quick way to enchant monk? Otherwise I just farm gold and buy the items I can.
