I dont know... For example explanation why level 20 characters can use transmog items that are higher level and got unlocked by another character? Maybe lists of all the items that you can use as a transmog.

Sounds like the answer is a thread, you dont need a whole new forum for that. I think there is already a thread or two about available transmog for 19 or 20.

I couldnt actually find the thread I was thinking of, maybe there isnt one. here are some transmog threads where people list their own.

Even still you wont need a new section for transmog, just make a new thread for it if you want.
