I wanted to ask about how
a) item procs like "chance on melee attack to do x"
-do they work in pvp?
-can they crit or is it item specific? (if item specific, someone mind telling me about the items up to lvl 39)
-do they scale with versatility?
b) i know people say haste is trash but can someone explain why? is it just better scaling on vers/crit?

Yes item procs work in PVP
I believe they can crit yes
The ele force proc should realistically scale with verse or at least scale down to an opponents vers stat.
Verse scaling is more beneficial - tis as simple as that
