new twink! make up my mind

i need you to help me make up my mind. I want to make "perfect" dot twink, but heres where i need help.

49 or 59? info later

Moonkin or Sp

gear doesn't change at all, i want 2x freezing band, book of the dead, Blade of Eternal Darkness and 2 more pieces i cant remember.

pros and cons:
Moonkin
really tanky+
starfall+
burst cd+
resto affi+
no kick-

sp
misery+
with crit build alot of passive damage with copies+
instant mind blast+
no kick-
cc row is at 60-

i have 2.8k rbg xp as aoe dotter (moonkin,sp and affli) but i did quit endgame and only play twinks right now.

might make moonkin 49, and sp at 60?

Both are good just make a 59 u get to play with ur gear more with sockets and it's not hard to gear cause most are BC / WOTLK socket gear...we do daily war games so u can test urself ...details in sig

If you want to actually use the twink without bugging bgs, then 59 would be a better choice. If that doesnt matter I have no opinion.

Also would suggest you go 59. You can do everything pvp wise you can at 49, but you also get to participate in the nightly wargames. 59 community is growing fast
