as far as i have seen, nothing else have changed, my cloth belt of the sun haven't, the stam one haven't, the sorceror one haven't. same goes for the same type of cloak.

leather belt of the bandit haven't changed, cloak of the soldier haven't either.. (sorry about the mess, just listing them in the order i checked them..) anybody who has anything with spirit on it, who checked?

Of the wild got changed to +5Agi +3 Stam +5 Haste

Not bad. Might be something I'd take in consideration of using on my druid.

Only two known changes, does the effect go across all mediums, leather/cloth/mail?

Probably not mail since none of their belts had anything more/less then 10 of a stat or 5/5/5
