I'm pretty sure you can... Just need to loot the chest 12 times and the 13th it should be added to your heirloom tab. I've been in that arena before as a f2p.

I think you need to complete a quest with the 12 you've got, to be able to loot the trinket. Just like AGM.

12 trinckets > equip Master Pit Fighter - Item - World of Warcraft > achiev > more 1 chest > heirloom

but master pit fighter requires lv 85 to equip > no lv 85 > no achiev > no more 1 chest > no heirloom right?

Yes, I think this is right. You need to get the Master Pit Fighter trinket achievement, which requires you to complete the lv85 quest.

You need to be level 85 to be able to get the quest for Master Pit Fighter which is needed for the loom trinket, so don't waste your time farming it like I did
