Here are some new weapon enchants, looks like it is for patch 8.2 (no release date yet).
wowheads level scaling adjuster doesn't look so updated yet for other levels than 120. But the idea of the enchants are still interesting. Looks like "two enchants in one", might be interesting.

Some upgrades for ring enchants (mastery/haste/crit/vers) as well. So we can get 4 more secondary stats total from upgrading from the previous best pact of which gave 4 on each finger.

I've always been iffy on spellpower procs at lower levels honestly, so I think it depends on the situation. If it procs a lot at 20 (assuming it scales to 29 in bgs for us) I think it'd be great for team fights. The scaling for 59 looks really good too so maybe

this is it @ 20. 161 mana is huge like my priest has <1000 mana

if anything itll be really good in twink v twink pugs where the fights last for a long time so you don't oom so fast

I'm interested to see the scaling after it's released.
Machinist's Brilliance is looking quite yummy for my druid, as I have no problem with my mana so Oceanic Restoration wouldn't be better unless the scaling of intel is higher than that of Machinists.

If the absorb scales the same as the stregth on Naga Hide that's a 720 absorb @ 20. On a prot warrior with 100% chance to block with https://www.wowhead.com/spell=2565/shield-block that might be fun.

Assume the proc rate isn't garbage yes please to an in combat mana regen mechanic. I'm going to make every dps class hate healers after this is released. This enchant is going to be broken assuming the numbers are even close to that.
