EU+US Need opinions on WW monk (orc or Bef)

hi all,

I'm gonna race change my female tauren monk (fml) 79 to either orc or Bef
Which one would be better for pvp?
I like racial of Bef for clutch aoe silence and more energy but i also like orc for racial and reduced stun.
help me make my mind

Stun reduction and Attack power every 2 minutes on tap ....... vs a Silence that will be gone in BfA

monk is pretty weak imho, how does it feel @ 79? im sure if played right it's alright but i have yet to see any sort of game breaking things from 79 ww.

put in the right hands it does make a difference ...WW monk is a crazy FC / best for peels using root / instant combat sap ...trust me you can cause alot of problems for the opposing team >

ppl laughed at me
i still like WW tho
no matter how shit it is @ 20

Belf now, Orc in BFA. At this level Belf matter less, so I'd invest into an Orc, as it will be more rewarding in the long run (due to BFA changes).

Belf will still be okay at the very low level due to the pace, and how strong priest shield actaully is. There also isn't a lot of buffs to dispel, so you'll have a 100% success rate at dispelling priest shields. Thought I'd include this, knowing you play low level twinks also.
