New to 19 twinking so not sure if its bis or not.
Help would be appreciated.

If you want a healing damage increase I'd run 3 sp to bracers, enchant your offhand with major intellect (5 int), and get a enumerated wrap of the sorcerer (5 stam, 5 int, 5 haste) from satchels.
I like running fishing hat on my priest for the stam and couple extra armor. Another piece I consider is the haste boa cloth shoulders as I choose to prioritize haste after vers.

Vers is something that is good for every class in this bracket, it both makes your damage and healing stronger. Priests already have decently fast casts and I gain a little haste from my gear. Why am I running 2.9k hp, because that's what the BiS items give me for hp? I'm running the regular glove reinforcement, and agm that most people wear, and have my own reasons as to why I believe fishing hat is BiS.

If I was running around in my hp gear you would know it and I would have a lot less spell power.
