mounts i farmed months ago i was able to learn TLP, gloomhoof. phos drake, liberated slyvern along with buying and learning doomhawk and world chiller from annv vendor (gone till next year) and mounts from TW vendor that were once level gated

still have to check cov vendors, etc

I can confirm. Been holding on to this mount for a while and it did finally drop its level requirement. Now to see about any other mounts I may or may not have.
