I know that elemental force is the go to enchant normally in the 19 bracket. My question is has anyone considered Crusader for its 100 str proc or Mongoose for its 50 agi/hase proc?

What about Elemental over Mongoose. Mongoose looks like the equivalent of Crusader but for AGI toons.

Yeah ele force over moongose all day, but in the next patch I would consider enchants like landslide and dancing steel

Mongoose doesn't have any use currently. However, next patch, mongoose will have its uses. It all depends what class and spec you're playing, and whether trading 1 agility for 4 extra haste will be worth it. (at 19 mongoose gives 14 agi and 4 haste on proc, dancing steel gives 15 agi flat). An example where mongoose would be worth it, would be assassination rogues (arguably niche spec, and not the best, but yeah). They benefit A LOT from haste, so having an enchant that not only provides main stat, but haste as well, will def. be a good choice.
With that said, mongoose will not be far behind dancing steel in general. It's such a small difference that it doesn't really matter much in the end, so if you feel like a baller (because mongoose has a sick proc animation, hands down), you could go for mongoose just because of the animation.
